Website & retail licence terms
These terms describe the public Titan offer. Any order confirmation or licence document supplied with a purchase forms part of the applicable agreement.
1. Product
Titan 6.12 Pro is proprietary cTrader trading software. It is a software tool and does not provide a guarantee of profit, a guaranteed win rate, a guaranteed maximum drawdown or a promise of future performance.
2. Retail licence
A standard retail purchase grants the purchaser a personal, non-transferable right to use the supplied Titan software and documentation subject to the licence terms provided with the order. A retail licence does not include ownership of Titan intellectual property, redistribution rights, resale rights or source-code rights.
3. Commercial and developer use
Commercial, developer, integration, redistribution or source-code rights require a separate written agreement. They are not implied by purchase of Titan Personal or Titan Pro Support.
4. User responsibility
You are responsible for your cTrader environment, broker relationship, instruments, configuration, testing, deployment decisions and trading activity. You should understand the settings you use and evaluate Titan before considering live capital.
5. Backtests and examples
Historical, simulated, demo, optimisation and hypothetical results are not guarantees of future performance. Results may differ because of market conditions, spreads, commissions, slippage, data quality, broker execution, connectivity and configuration.
6. Updates and support
Update and support entitlements depend on the package purchased and the scope stated at the time of sale. Support does not include a promise of trading performance or personal financial advice.
7. Payments, refunds and consumer rights
Payment terms and any refund conditions will be shown with the applicable order or invoice. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
8. Intellectual property
Titan, its software, documentation, branding and associated materials remain protected intellectual property except to the extent specific rights are granted in writing.
