What the site stores locally
When you prepare a Titan enquiry, the form may save a copy of the details in your browser's local storage so the draft can survive a page refresh. This information remains on your device unless you send the resulting email.
What happens when you contact us
The enquiry form opens your own email application with the message addressed to the Titan sales inbox. If you send it, the information is processed by the relevant email providers and used to respond to your enquiry, licensing request or support question.
Payments
This website does not ask you to type payment-card details into the contact form. Where payment is offered, use the payment method or hosted checkout presented with the order.
Tracking
The current public build does not intentionally include third-party advertising trackers. Essential infrastructure providers may still process technical information required to deliver and secure the website.
